Endorsements
Grand Rapids Press General Election Endorsement — “BILL HUIZENGA is the clear choice for these lakeshore communities. The Zeeland Republican has a proven record of leadership and a considerable knowledge of the federal government. Those attributes would allow him to jump into the job with readiness and resolve. Mr. Huizenga served six years in the Michigan House of Representatives, leaving because of term limits. He worked as director of public policy for Mr. Hoekstra, acting as the congressman’s eyes and ears in the sprawling district. In addition, Mr. Huizenga is co-owner of Huizenga Gravel, Inc., a family business. That varied background positions Mr. Huizenga to be a dynamic representative in the mold of Mr. Hoekstra. He would champion job creation, budgetary sense and realistic solutions to the country’s many problems.”

Bill’s Agricultural Alliance
- Roger Victory— “The unique opportunity of working side by side with Bill confirmed to me that West Michigan agriculture needs his representation… I don’t want my next representative spending the next two years learning the political process and the issues that are important to me. I want him fighting against spending and taxes from day one and for the needs of farmers.”
