Last week, Bill joined representatives from the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security for a first of it’s kind naturalization ceremony aboard the United States Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba.

This unique ceremony took place during Grand Haven’s Coast Guard Festival as families, friends, and members of the community gathered to mark this historic moment.
